TIPS TO MINIMISE OF STRETCH MARKS

Stretch marks happen. Whether from pregnancy, rapid weight gain or loss, or a growth spurt in your early teens, countless women and some men experience the frustrating but common skin problem. How to Minimise The Stretch Marks?
I personally were told by my mom to put  an oil on my tummy since first month of the pregnancy. I have no questions on that and I did followed the tips. I was not too matured , and never asked around for stretch mark lotion or oil. It was never cross my mind and I have no idea about stretch marks at all. Every day , I put about 5-7 spots of oil and massaged lightly all over the tummy. It just worked on me, no stretch mark on my tummy at all.This was what my grandma and mak did during their pregnancy too..

Having some friends with stretch marks problems made me realized, and started thinking about it. It is important to ensure that your tummy is well treated and give the best oil treatment to avoid itchness. Nowadays , there are too many products in the market. You may do some research of your admired products and read testimonies. Use it consistently for good results. Remember, use the oil to prevent , not to cure.
